Job Description:

  • Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front office and maintain records as they enter into office.
  • Answer all incoming calls and take messages or forward calls.
  • Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons.
  • Assist visitors in filling out forms.
  • Any other administrative job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year (s).
  • The applicant should have experience in the following area (s):
    Front desk, Reception, Telephone Operator

Job Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 30 year (s).
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Front Desk, Reception, Telephone Operator will get priority.
  • Should have pleasant, smart, smiley face & talented personality.
  • Excellent communication (Both Bangla and English), interpersonal & people management skills.
  • Good knowledge in MS word MS Excel etc.
  • Always positive and helping mind.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary Range: 10,000-15,000.

Holiday: Only Friday.
