Post: Senior Manager/ Manager

Age Range: Below 40 Years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise & Control overall Group HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
  • Good command on administrative functions & safety-security issues.
  • The applicants must have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Industrial security ACT in the Bangladesh, latest amendment made on Labor Law, ISO & Compliance issues.
  • Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, head hunting, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
  • Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement authorities and others as and when required.
  • Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
  • Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.
  • Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/status.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
  • Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
  • Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven Point.
  • Supervise on payroll and compensation management.
  • Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law.
  • Prepare Policy and update it as per requirement.
  • Prepare Organization Structure.
  • Improve, maintain and introduce new regulation in terms of compliance with the Electrical safety, fire safety, Building safety etc.
  • Face all types of compliance audit.
  • Maintain and ensure all factories follow the buyer Code Of Conduct.
  • Maintain and Update company policy and Code of Conduct.
  • Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor on compliance issue.
  • Dealing with foreign delegates for their Product and compliance concerns.
  • Maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, Wash Association, Labour ministry, to get the update on time and ensure the factory gets updated information.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters Degree in any discipline.
  • Skills Required: Administration.

Experience Required:

  • At least 8 year(s).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Group of Companies, Industrial Relations, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), Performance & Career Management, Team Leadership, Training & Development

Salary range: Negotiable
