• Determine Monthly, Quarterly & yearly sales target by preparing area sales plan, zonal sales plan, formulate incentive for field force.
• Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
• Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting, regional & area meeting and evaluate field force performance.
• Develop proper forecasting plan and maintaining effective communications in different customer level.
• Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional market.
• Visit regularly basis for client hunt.
• Be determined to achieve your own goal along with the organizational goal.
• Handle client’s complaints & provide dedicated service in a professional manner.
• Preparing daily/ weekly/ monthly sales report.
• Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain update about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers or any other activities and provides guideline for tapping new market.
• Expand new market area and increase the sales volume.
  

• Bachelor degree in any discipline (minimum).
