Job Responsibility :

• Supervision of Construction of building & finishing work in industry/ commercial building and adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, preparation of contractor's bills, checking of measurement books, etc.
• Project planning, estimation & supervision.
• Indenting materials, checking bills.
• Checking the quality of materials & works.
• Update daily project work activity.
• Development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to develop the service management Scheduling control and Reporting of project work progress.
• Vast knowledge of present construction/interior materials source and price.
• Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
• Prepare monthly or weekly work schedule.
• Maintain records of work done by contractors.
• Ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
• Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
• Ability to handle construction site individually.
• Enough capability to prepare estimate by drawings.
• Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project and keep record of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.

Academic Qualifications :

• Diploma/ B.SC in (Civil).

Experience Required :

• At least 2year(s)

Additional Job Requirements :

• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Having at least 2-5 years' experience.
• Experience in concrete structure building will get highly preference.
• Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
