Job Context:
- International Inbound / Outbound customer support for USA & Canadian .
- "Please do not apply if you cannot work at Night Shift."
- Office time 9PM to 7AM (hours can be 1 hour forward or backward depending of projects.)
Job Responsibilities:
- International Call Center Job telemarketing& customer support.
- Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! You have to sale product or services over the phone TO Canadian or USA customers in ENGLISH and so your English should be very good).
- Influences customers to buy product or services and provide information.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains regular and monthly reporting.

Educational Requirements:
- HSC, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in English Speaking is our first priority, it doesn't really matter what Education background you are from. So your English Speaking and understanding should be outstanding.
Additional Requirements :

- Previous U.S.-based customer service experience is a plus.

Job Location :
Salary :
- Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly).
- Fixed salary, also you have to chase your weekly and monthly goal and for extra for monthly commission plus Basic salary. We have sales incentives, monthly performance. Opportunity to grow/get promotion for the best performer.
