Job Responsibilities:

• The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• For division candidates must be from engineering or marketing background.
• Marketing & sales.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
• Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Academic Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil with excellent academic record from reputed university.

Experience Required:

• 2-5 Years of working experience in Machinery/Fire Safety Engineering.

Additional Job Requirements:

• The candidate should have effective oral and written communication capability both in English and Bangla.
• The candidate should have sound knowledge in MS office package.
• Capable of leading a team;
• Age limit is not above 35 (thirty-five) years. But it may be relaxed in case of qualified and experienced candidate.
• Result oriented and ability to meet deadline;
• Interpersonal skill;
• Ability to work under pressure.
