Responsibilities :
- Create new customer for the Organization and marketing/Sales for Freight forwarding sector.
- Follow-up with existing/ potential clients by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
- Build a strong relationship with the customer.
- The incumbent must have experience Freight Forwarding or Shipping.
- Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
- Assist in developing an effective marketing plan with Company's marketing strategy.
- Develop the best manners and skill in interpersonal communications - thus influence the client's decision positively.
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
- Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Recommend service to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Maintain business relationships with accounts and develop new opportunities.
- Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation.
Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline.

- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
