having main office in Singapore having own office in: Myanmar and Bangladesh (Dhaka & Chittagong) with having Network in 06 (Six) Continents required some Sales professionals to fill position in different level in Dhaka office.

Position: Manager/Asst Manager -Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Create new customer for the Organization and marketing/Sales for Freight forwarding sector.
  • Ensure aggressive attitude and capable of identifying target markets with negotiation skills.
  • Follow-up with existing/ potential clients by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
  • Explore business opportunities for Prepaid/Fob among the, Buying Houses, Direct Shippers, and generate sales volume.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Manages a good team work among the Sales co-workers and able to have leading capability to guide and boost up the team.
  • Develop the best manners and skill in interpersonal communications - thus influence the client's decision positively.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Recommend service to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation.
  • Performs regular (daily) visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability. Builds relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management.

Skills & Experience :

  • The ideal candidate must have at least 06 years work experience and should be managing team,
  • Relevant (functionally specific) job knowledge and experience, including ocean & air freight, both import and export. Ability to sell/represent the company's other lines of business including customs brokerage, consolidation/CFS and related value-added information services.
  • A unique combination of good interpersonal and communications/presentation skills, both written and oral, coupled with a sharp business acumen and consultative sales approach.
  • Must have a strong experience to procure the considerable market share from local market.

Academic Qualifications :

  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline.(Ideally with major/concentrations in business/marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management, or equivalent degree).

Experience Required :

  • Minimum: 06 Years can apply.

Additional Job Requirements :

  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • LCL Consol expertise will be treated as additional skills.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
  • Should have positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain self-composure in a high-pressure in work place.
