Job Responsibilities :
- প্রাথমিক খরচ অনুমান করা।
- প্রধান জরিপ কাজ যেমন,জমি,জিও টেক সাভে করা
- সময়সূচি প্রস্তুত করা যেমন মাষ্টার সিডিউল,টেন্ডার সময়সূচি,ডিজাইন ইত্যাদি।
- ডিজাইন যেমনকনসেপ্ট,ডিবিআর/বিস্তারিত ডিজাইন/আকেন এবং আকিটেকচারাল,স্ট্রাকচারাল এবং প্লাম্বিং ডিজাইন।
- প্রধান ক্রয় কাযক্রম সম্পন্ন করা।
- প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন কৌশল উন্নয়ন
- প্রকল্প পরিকল্পনা এবং সময়সূচি ব্যবস্থপনা, প্রকল্প সমন্বয়,প্রকল্প খরচ ব্যবস্থপনা,নিমান মনিটরিং করা।
- বিল চেকিং,নিরাপত্তা পযবেক্ষন করা।

Academic Qualifications :
- যে কোন বিষয়ে স্নাতক /স্নাতকোত্তর
|
Experience Required :
- Minimum (7-10) years experience in construction firm.
|
Additional Job Requirements :
- Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in motorcycle riding.
