• Preparation of Bills of Contractors.
• Estimation,costing of works.
• Maintain measurement book at construction sites and timely execution of project.
• Supervise site staff & workers and coordinatws between office and site
• Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing and as per the schedule as pertragets set
• By the management.
• Handling the contractors,Workers & supervisors
• Prepare materials Requistion.
• Report project statas and progress report & prepare interim/revised project schedule.
• Coordinate & communicate with land owner & buyer
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

• BSC/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum (7-10) years experience in construction firm.

The applicants should have experience in Construction site only
Must be stay at project site.
• Ability to work in amulti-tasking environment.
• The incumbent should be dynamic,well organized,self driven,have a good personality and possess leadership quality
• Candidates with experience in real estate or any industry with strong saies focus are encouragrd to apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in motorcycle riding.
