• Monitor inventory for the company and supervise efficient working of staff according to our policies and prepare accurate records for all physical inventory.
• Identify current and future sales order by establishing harmony with potential customers.
• Ensure availability of items in the sales order by checking the order quantity with store, separate the current stock and purchase requirement.
• Check the generated list of all requirements including the quantity and prices under the inventory levels and categories; and recommend modifications and changes to inventory.
• Connect with the top management to get approval of the quotation/ invoices.
• Connect with customers to send out the invoices and finalize them.
• Ensure the funding decisions with top management and complete bill payment processes.
• Monitor the receiving process and store out/ delivery process.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
• Respond to customer complaints; take necessary actions for the defect items/ losses from own inventory; identify all obsolete inventories and resolve all issues in various inventory management.
• Tour the inventory floor regularly; monitor the management of all products in the inventory; and control any issues; integrate the data to prepare reports
• Monitor all operational procedures and prepare strategic plans to ensure standards and develop the reports according to the needful for the management decisions

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline/ Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum (1-2) years (works in supply chain management)
