Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Fashion Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in men's fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify current and emerging trends in men's fashion.
• Analyze competitors and consumer behavior to inform buying decisions.
• Assist in selecting a range of products that meet the company's style, quality, and price criteria.
• Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive product lineup.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and assist in sourcing new vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to avoid overstock and stockouts.
• Utilize sales data to make informed reordering decisions.
• Assist in placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Track sales performance of products and prepare regular reports for management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to optimize future buys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in men's fashion and an understanding of current trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding the Quality of the product
• At least 2 years experiencein a relevant field
