Job Responsibilities :
  • Preparation of training plan/schedule, module, coordinate and coordination with the PMU, donor, Government officials, facilitate and conduct training session, manage class room and hostel management, ensure training logistics facilities, ensure and manage accommodation and food for participant, prepare training report etc.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Agri-business, Agri-economics, Horticulture, Business administration, and related fields to Agri-marketing from any reputed University/Agricultural University in Bangladesh.
  • Highly qualified candidates with Ph.D. degree in related subject may be considered for appointment as team leader.
Experience Required :
  • Minimum 05 (five) years’ experience in conducting training at field and upazilla level of similar magnitude and complexity.
  • Have good interpersonal quality and willingness to travel and stay in remote project areas.
  • Computer skills.  
  • Age limit 45 year(s)
Salary range  : Negotiable and commensurate with qualification & experience.
