Purpose
Pranon Express Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead our efforts in connecting mid-level manufacturers with retailers and optimizing distribution process.
Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and manage the sales budget effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualification :

1. Educational Background :

  • Diploma In Engineering, Bachelor's (Honors) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Sales Management, or a relevant discipline.

2. Leadership Skills :

  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

3. Analytical Abilities :

  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and drive strategic decision-making. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

4. Client Relationship Management :

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
 
Sales Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Years of experience may be relaxed for extra-ordinary candidates.
 
Salary Range :
  • Depends On Experience & Expertise.
