• Supervised the construction works on project site to control the quality of work.
• Preparing & Checking of Drawing Design & Estimate.
• Follow up on the construction works done by the contractor as per schedule and drawing design.
• Preparing the Project Progress Report.
• To control the quality of raw materials supplied by the supplier.
• Provide measurement of the item of work and maintain it in the measurement book.
• Check the bills of quality submitted by the contractors.
• Verify vendor bills related to civil construction.
• Ensure accuracy in quantities and amounts during the billing process.
• To ensure quality construction, safety security, and project management system of building construction.
• Possess sound knowledge of construction design and drawing. Able to estimate and perform cost analysis for civil construction project.
• Conduct discussions with relevant stakeholders or management.
• Address issues raised or audit observations during these discussions.
• Supervising of all construction works at the site by attending the workplace during the job execution to meet the expected quality.
• Implementing the work by contractors as per the work program and giving necessary instructions accordingly.
• Preparing monthly work program & achievement reports and monitoring of daily progress of works.
• Selection and recruitment of a highly skilled workforce.
• Contractor selection, quotation collection, and Proper negotiation for all types of works.
• Ensure retention of the best workforce as well as the quality of materials at the site.
• Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and worker.
• Ensure optimum work progress every day.
• Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
• Ensure project merchandising and branding during the construction period.
• Ensure high quality of construction and on-time delivery.
• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public Universities.
• Training/ Trade Course: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project

• Minimum (3-5) years

The applicant must have good communication skills in both Bangla and English Excellent knowledge of computer operations is mandatory. Capable of working as a good team player. Sincerity and responsibility.
