Additional Requirements

• 4 to 5 years in similar position in Quality Auditor based work in Buying House.
• Clear conception / knowledge on various types of defect & their causes in Woven & Knit Garments.
• Controlling and coordinating activities along with the team.
• Clear conception on Garments items related to various quality standards.
• Clear conception on various quality related testing standards of buyer requirements.
• Skilled in computer, Report writing and Mail communications.
• Communicating in English [verbal & written] / Mail correspondence with companies Top Management.
• Additional Preference: - Ability to conduct in-house testing of products on quality, according to International standards shall be additional preference

Responsibilities & Context

• To follow up quality Controlling process from Development stage to Shipment.
• To ensure quality zero defects as per buyer's direction.
• To conduct garments manufacturing as well as sampling, Inline, pre -final and final Inspection, also day-to-day production follow up.
• To take the responsibility of Yarn/Fabric checking, generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed garments.
• To be accountable and maintain productivity at optimum level at all time by close communication.
• To work and take initiative in developing and ensuring quality of the product.
• Clear conception on CAD, Pattern & Marker.
• Lead Quality function to Team.
• Ability to monitor & ensure products quality and efficiency standards set by the Company / Buyer / Client.
• Prepare, Monitor, Maintain - Daily basis quality related reports - issues & report to the management as necessary.
• Clear understanding on Technical Audits and ability to manage all types of Technical Audits independently.
• Ability to maintain Quality Management System (QMS) along with ability to face QMS Audits independently
• Maintain & provide support to maintain compliance standards & procedures within factory premises.

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
