Responsibilities & Context

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and customer service standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the front desk and assist in various administrative duties.

  • Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
  • Manage and monitor the front desk area to ensure it is always organized and presentable.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow banking procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings as required.
  • Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
  • Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned department by keeping records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional, courteous, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and respect.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
