Front Desk Executive (Female)
Responsibilities & Context
As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and customer service standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the front desk and assist in various administrative duties.
- Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
- Manage and monitor the front desk area to ensure it is always organized and presentable.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow banking procedures.
- Assist in coordinating meetings as required.
- Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
- Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned department by keeping records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Additional Requirements
- Candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional, courteous, and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and respect.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
