• Textile Engineer / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology/ Equivalent Qualification in this line.

• Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC, Heavy Fleece, Terry/Elastane etc.
• Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.

• Oversee the day-to-dayproduction, shipment monitoring, quality and operations.
• Capability to analyze financial report and garments Pre-costing and post costing.
• Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
• To find out root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with production department.
• analytical ability for daily production achievement against capacity.

• To be responsible for overall operation of the factory.

• To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
• Follow up the Raw Material Warehouses, needs to be maintained in well manner.
