Job Responsibilities : |
- Depote/Distributor hunting and set up. SO recruit & Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
- Monitor the activities of sales officers, agents and distributors.
- Market visit especially the top agents and overall markets.
- Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
- Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
- To check and verify all team members sales reports and send them to higher authorities.
- Collect market information and track competitors activities.

| Academic Qualifications : |
- Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
|
| Experience Required : |
- Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in Consumer and Toiletries industry
|
| Additional Job Requirements: |
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage existing & new potential agent by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
|
| Salary range : 30,000-40,000 Thousand Taka. |
